Social Emotional Development in Young Children With Cancer

SonoClear Acoustic Coupling Fluid (ACF) Mimicking Brain Tissue
The objective of this clinical investigation is to assess the safety and performance of the SonoClear Acoustic Coupling Fluid (ACF). The performance will be assessed by analysis of the contrast-to-noise ratio (CNR) and assessment of image quality by using the Surgeon Image Rating (SIR) Scale. This is a prospective, multi-centre single-arm study where the performance of SonoClear ACF relative to routinely used acoustic coupling fluid is investigated by each patient being their own control. This trial studies how well spectroscopic magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) guided proton therapy works in assessing metabolic change in pediatric patients with brain tumors. Stereotactic Biopsy Split-Course Radiation Therapy in Diffuse Midline Glioma, SPORT-DMG Study
This phase II trial studies the clinical outcomes of hypofractionated radiation therapy in patients with diffuse midline gliomas. This study aims to change the way radiation is delivered, from giving 6 weeks of radiation all at once to giving 2 weeks of radiation. This may determine if there is a difference in the outcome of the treatment, and most importantly, the patients' quality of life.

Stereotactic Brain-directed Radiation With or Without Aguix Gadolinium-Based Nanoparticles in Brain Metastases
The purpose of this study is to determine whether AGuIX (Activation and Guidance of Irradiation by X-ray) gadolinium-based nanoparticles make radiation work more effectively in the treatment of patients with brain metastases that are more difficult to control with stereotactic radiation alone.
