Study patients will receive Whole-brain radiation therapy (WBRT) - pulsed reduced dose rate (PRDR) within 14 days of registration. All patients will receive single daily fractions using 3D conformal radiotherapy. A dose of 30 Gy in 10 fractions will be delivered using the PRDR technique.
The purpose of this research study is to determine the effects bevacizumab (the study drug) combined with Optune (the study device) tumor treatment field therapy has on meningiomas. Bevacizumab is considered investigational because the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has not approved its use for the treatment of meningiomas. The study drug is a medication that blocks the growth of new blood vessels. This is a multicenter trial of the Optune device to examine the feasibility and to describe the device-related toxicity in children with supratentorial high grade glioma (HGG) or ependymoma (Stratum 1) and to examine the feasibility and efficacy of concurrent Optune and standard focal radiation therapy (RT) in children with newly diagnosed diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG) (Stratum 2).

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of administering the medication capecitabine along with temozolomide when you start your monthly regimen of oral temozolomide for the treatment of your newly diagnosed glioblastoma multiforme (GBM). This clinical trial evaluates the feasibility of performing oxygen-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to generate hypoxia maps in patients with intracranial tumors.
