Evaluation of 68-GaNOTA-Anti-HER2 VHH1 Uptake in Brain Metastasis of Cancer Patients
This study investigates the uptake of the radiopharmaceutical 68-GaNOTA-Anti-HER2 VHH1 in brain metastasis using PET/CT imaging. Patients with HER2-positive and HER2-negative cancer will be included and the uptake in their lesions will be compared. Optional 68-GaNOTA-Anti-HER2 VHH1 scans may be performed during or after treatment, at time points 12±6 weeks and 24±9 weeks after the first scan.

The purpose of this research study is to determine if fluoxetine increases lysosomal stress in patients with recurrent IDHwt glioma by evaluating LAMP1 expression in tumor samples obtained pre-resection via biopsy and during surgery. Lysosomes are organelles (structures in cells) that contain digestive enzymes (substances that break down chemicals) that help keep the cells free of extra or worn out cell parts. Evaluation of the CONVIVO System
The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the diagnostic performance of the CONVIVO confocal endomicroscope in discriminating between normal and abnormal tissue in vivo during brain tumor surgery. The interpretation of intraoperative images obtained in situ will be tested against conventional histologic evaluation of targeted biopsies from imaged tissue. The study team hypothesize that there will be a high degree of correlation between images obtained with the CONVIVO system and conventional histologic interpretation.
