This is a pilot imaging study in participants treated with stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) to treat brain metastasis. The purpose of this study is to see whether 18F-Fluciclovine positron emission tomography (PET) can be used as a biomarker to measure response or progression of brain metastasis after SRS.
The goal of this observational study is to evaluate disease-free survival (DFS) in patients with malignant gliomas undergoing neurosurgical procedures using 5-aminolevulinic acid (5-ALA)-based photodynamic therapy
This study is being done to learn about how an investigational drug called abemaciclib works in treating patients with a newly-diagnosed grade 3 meningioma. Abemaciclib is a drug that is approved by the FDA, but not for brain tumors. Participants who consent to the trial will have surgical tissue collected from the planned surgical resection and tested. If the tissue shows positive results for RB cells and participants are qualified, they will be enrolled and receive study treatment two to five weeks after completing standard-of-care radiation therapy. This is a randomized clinical trial which means that participants will be...
This is an observational post-market study determining biopsy accuracy in a clinical environment using Cirq® Robotic Alignment Module Cranial. The goal is to determine whether the robotic procedure to be examined can achieve a clinically acceptable value of at least 90% in terms of diagnostic yield.
This is a single arm phase 2 trial is to evaluate the efficacy of SRS plus adagrasib for the treatment of brain metastases for patients with KRAS G12C-mutated non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). A total of 30 patients will be enrolled on this study.
Brain metastasis is the most challenging disease in the field of tumor treatment, with a median overall survival of only 1-2 months for untreated patients. Stereotactic radiotherapy (SRT) has the advantages of precise positioning, relatively concentrated dosage, shorter course, and lower toxicity. Several studies could effectively protect cognitive function and achieve better tumor control rate. Currently, it has gradually replaced WBRT as standard local treatment choice for brain metastases. SRT includes Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS) and Fractional Stereotactic Radiotherapy (fSRT). With the continuous updating of domestic ...
This is a multicenter, randomized controlled, double-blind clinical trial. The study is designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of high-dose Almonertinib versus Osimertinib in the second-line treatment of patients with EGFR mutations in advanced NSCLC with brain metastases.
A prospective, open-label, multi-center, single-arm study of Almonertinib combined With Bevacizumab for EGFR-mutant NSCLC patients with leptomeningeal metastasis.
1. The primary aim of this study is to investigate the correlation between the length of ICU stay and a newly developed FIVE score in neuro-intensive care patients. 2. The secondary objectives are to evaluate the impact of the FIVE score on hospital length of stay, Modified Rankin Scale, and mortality, as well as to determine the correlation between the GCS, FOUR, and FIVE scores
This is an open-label Phase 3 study to see if ANG1005 can prolong survival compared to a Physician Best Choice control in HER2-negative breast cancer patients with newly diagnosed leptomeningeal disease and previously treated brain metastases.
